Welcome to the Roseville Area Schools ISD 623 online application system. If you have any questions about your application, please email hr@isd623.org. The Human Resource Department is available for assistance from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday. If you are unable to utilize the online application system, you may request a paper copy be mailed to you by calling 651-628-6446.

Our online application allows you to submit an application for current positions.
View open positions
If you are interested in an opening, click on "View Open Positions" above and follow the prompts to apply for specific positions. You will need to apply for each position that is posted. However, once you complete an online application, your information is stored for future use and can be revised as positions open. Please be aware that positions open unexpectedly so be sure to check our website often for current job opportunities. If you are selected for an interview, a School District official will contact you.
Licensed candidates will be required to attach the following documents for positions:
- Cover Letter;
- Resume;
- 3 Letters of Reference;
- Transcripts;
- Copy of Teaching License.
These documents must be in a PDF, DOC, DOCX, RTF or TXT format and cannot be larger than 5 MB.
