Remember to document any situation that happens to you that is alittle questionable in your mind with students. For example: when a student calls you a "racist" it is wise to document this issue in case something comes up later. Your documentation will help you to remember that situation.

You may or not know that the district has a Health & Safety Committee. P.K. Andersen, public school nurse from Edgerton, represents the union and the Health Services staff at these meetings. Part of P.K.'s responsibilities is to bring forward to the committee the health & safety concerns of the two groups. If you are thinking about removing something from your teaching license you must do that before Wednesday, December 31st to be effective for next year.
