Absences: If your child will be absent from
school, please call the office and let us know the reason. Voice
mail is available during non-business hours. If your child is not
in school and we have not received a call from you, we will call
you. If we do not reach anyone at home we will call the parents
at work.
Please give your child's teacher advance notice when your child will leave early or miss any part of the school day. Also, please notify us if your child will be gone for any extended period of time.
Lunch and Breakfast Program: Student lunch tickets cost $2.20. Breakfast tickets are $1.50. A milk ticket costs $ .45. Adult lunches are $3.55. This is a pay ahead program. We suggest purchasing 5 to 10 lunch and/or breakfast tickets in advance. A student will be allowed to owe up to $5.00 before a sandwich will be given one time only. We must have current lunch account balances for each child this school year. A free and reduced lunch program is available for those who qualify.
Visitors: We welcome visitors! We ask you to sign the visitor's register in the office and wear a visitor's nametag.
Volunteers: There are many opportunities for volunteer involvement. Please contact Diane Kaphing if you are interested.
School Tours: We welcome new families who would like to tour Brimhall. Please call the office to schedule a tour. Tours are available on the following days and times throughout the school year.
- Tuesdays at 9:40 a.m.
- Thursdays at 2:30 p.m.
