Targeted Services

The TOPS (Targeting OPportunities for Success) program is Roseville's year-round Targeted Services extended learning program for students in grades kindergarten through eighth grades. TOPS strives to assist students in understanding and making healthy choices through a program centered on young people's needs for academic skills, social skills and personal development. In providing these additional opportunities and support early in a student's academic career, we work to develop the foundation to get students on track and to help them experience success. For further information contact the Program Coordinator at 651-604-3771.
