Friendship Connection Registration Information
You cannot register on-line. However, you can download the appropriate forms (PDF format), fill them out and return them to your child's Friendship Connection site or to our main office at: Fairview Community Center, 1910 W. County Road B, Roseville, MN 55113.
There are three different folders below. Please download all the documents from the General Registration Information Folder and the additional documents needed from the School Year and/or Summer Folders. You will need Acrobat Reader to view each form.
