General Enrollment

If you are interested in enrolling in the Roseville School District, you will need to contact the Central Enrollment Office at 651-635-1626 for an intake appointment. The intake appointment will guide you through the enrollment forms that need to be completed and give you an introduction to our district.

Step by Step Enrollment Process

Step 1:
Families residing outside the district boundaries will need to complete an open enrollment application. Detailed open enrollment information is available here.

Parkview Center School (K-8) Lottery

If you are interested in having your child attend Parkview Center School (grades K-8), please review this overview of the Parkview enrollment process. Enrollment for the 2013-14 school year is complete.

Applications are no longer being accepted for the 2014-15 school year. Applications were due January 31, 2014. The lottery drawing will be held on February 10, 2014.

Dual Language Immersion Lottery

In the fall of 2012, Roseville Area Schools began offering a District Wide program for Dual Language Immersion (DLI). The Spanish Language Program at Little Canada Elementary School began with 2 full day kindergarten classrooms and will expand by one grade level each of the subsequent years. You can read a brief overview of the DLI Program here. Enrollment for the 2013-14 school year is complete.

Applications are no longer being accepted for the 2014-15 school year. Applications were due January 31, 2014. The lottery drawing will be held on February 10, 2014. If you are interested in Harambee or the Dual Language Immersion Program you should call Central Enrollment at 651-635-1626 to get on a waiting list.

Harambee Year-Round Elementary

Harambee Elementary School provides a year-round schedule with looping classrooms (students stay with the same teacher for two years). Students are challenged to look outward to the world around them – widening their perspectives through connections with others, their environment, and their communities. You can read an overview of their program here. Enrollment for the 2013-14 school year is complete.

Applications are no longer being accepted for the 2014-15 school year. Applications were due January 31, 2014. The lottery drawing will be held on February 10, 2014. Step 2:
You need to make an appointment with the Central Enrollment office (651-635-1626) for an intake meeting.

Appointments are available 8:00 am-3:00 pm Monday through Friday. Appointments outside of normal office hours are available by special request.

You must provide proof of residence (driver’s license, utility bill, rental/lease agreement) at the intake appointment to enroll.

If possible, please bring as many of the following records as possible to your intake appointment:

  • Birth certificate or other form of government-issued proof of age and date of birth
  • Immunizations records
  • Transcripts/ withdrawal grades from your previous school for grades 9-12 students

If you wish to complete the enrollment forms prior to your appointment with the Central Enrollment office, please click here to download the Enrollment forms. During your appointment, you will be given additional forms to be completed.

Step 3 – For grades 7-12 only:
After completing the enrollment intake process you will need to make an appointment with a counselor to register for classes. You will be given details on this process at your intake appointment. If you are enrolling mid-year you are asked to bring withdrawal grades or a transcript from your child’s former school.
