STUDENT MEAL CHARGING GUIDELINES
Students and staff may not "charge" meals when there is no money in their accounts to pay for purchases. Secondary students will be given a one meal allowance to eat while depositing funds and elementary students will be given a few meal allowances. Students and staff will be refused ala carte/snack items if there is no money in the account. Call your school cashier to make payment arrangements or discuss options. If you do not, your student will be refused a lunch.
If you are having financial difficulties, call Susan Richardson, RD at 651-635-1619 to discuss options.
Before you proceed, you will need to know your student's school and identification number. Identification numbers can be found on student report cards and health letters, and are being distributed at open house and back to school mailings.
