Requests for Student Information

Requests for student information are governed by Roseville Area Schools' Policy JRB: Collection, Maintenance, Use and Release of Student Educational Data.

If you would like to request information for your organization, please follow the guidelines listed below:

  1. All requests must be made in writing using the following Request for Information Form.  Request For Information Form (Word) or the PDF version.
  1. Request forms can be e-mailed to Lora Rutt at lora.rutt@isd623.org.  They can also be faxed to Lora Rutt at: 651-635-1659.  Once submitted, all requests are subject to an approval process based on district policies regarding release of information.
  1. If your request is approved, it will be processed and you will receive a call when complete, from Lora Rutt, MARSS/Census Coordinator.
  1. Different formats are available, so please see the Request for Information Form (above) to determine if there is a charge associated with your request.  If there is a charge for your request, payment must be made at the time of pick-up. 
  1. Checks can be made payable to:  Roseville Area Schools.
  1. Requests for information other than student data, should be sent to Bob Rygh at 1251 County Road B-2 W, Roseville, e-mailed to bob.rygh@isd623.org, or you may fax the Request for Information form to his attention at 651-635-1659.
