Current RAHS students and Past Graduates (Class of 1998 and after)
Transcripts are processed electronically and should be requested through Parchment. Roseville Area High School handles the electronic requests for current RAHS students, and the District Center processes alumni transcripts. Parchment allows students to request transcripts 24/7. The first time students use Parchment they must create a login account.
To order a transcript:
- Go to www.parchment.com
- Click on “Sign Up,” and create an account. Be sure to provide a valid email address
- Once registered, you are able to order transcripts
- Select the names of the colleges that you want to receive the transcript
- Provide payment at the time of your transcript order ($3.50 for electronic or $5.50 for mail)
When you’ve done your part, the school approves your request online. Parchment then prepares your official transcript and sends it to each college you have chosen. Parchment will confirm that your transcript was sent and delivered so you will know when your college application is complete.

Past RAHS Graduates (Before 1998)
All students who graduated from RAHS before 1998 must request transcripts from the District Center at 651-635-1600. Transcripts can be ordered through the District website at www.isd623.org (on the left, click on “Pay Online” and then “Order Copies of High School Transcript”). There is a $5.00 fee for each copy of a transcript that you request.
