School Board Meetings
The School Board meets at 6:30 p.m. the second Tuesday of each month (except in July). Dates, times, locations may change. Additional School Board Regular meetings and Study Sessions are scheduled at the discretion of the School Board. Meetings are held in the Board Room at the District Center located at 1251 County Road B2 West. All meetings are open to the public unless otherwise noted.
Board Calendar (subject to change)
The School Board also holds Work Study Sessions to study issues in more depth and public hearings to receive comments from citizens on specific topics. Work Study Sessions are typically held on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at the District Center. Public hearings are scheduled as needed.
The Agenda and Board Packet for upcoming Board Meetings are posted online and are normally available for viewing the Friday prior to each meeting.

Recording Meetings
Regular business meetings of the School Board are video recorded for playback on local cable and online streaming.
- LOCAL CABLE BROADCASTING: Recordings of business meetings (not work sessions) are played back on local cable channels. Note that most business meetings are also viewable live on C-TV North Suburbs, Channel 18 School District 623. Click here for playback schedule.
- WEBSTREAMING: Recordings of business meetings are posted online within 48 hours of meeting date. District 623 established the "streaming video server" to provide online versions of various programs (including Board Meetings) for cablecast on Roseville Area Schools Channel 18.
- The School Board Meeting archives listed are in the mpeg4 / .mov format, and Quicktime version 7.0 and above are required to open and view these files (Current version is 7.5). To download QuickTime 7.5.X for Macintosh or Windows Win2K/WinXP/NT/Vista (Firefox, Safari & Camino for Mac OSX, Netscape 9.x and Internet Explorer 7 and above for Windows 2000, XP and Vista), go to the Apple Quicktime web site. Note that the streaming does not always work with the web browser Internet Explorer. Best viewed in Firefox or Safari.
