The information contained in the site is intended only for the purposes of earning premium pay through the school district. All teacher assistants still need to meet the qualifications for Highly Qualified status.

The completed Training Documentation Packet and the TA Training Log must be turned in to Pat Rusinko at the District Center for the premium pay adjustment when you are working in a specified special education role in the Roseville Area Schools.

By clicking on the links in the blue side bar, you will be able to access the lessons for the Core Competency Areas and the Specialized Competency Areas. As you complete the lessons, respond to the questions in the Training Documentation Packet.
Regardless of your TA assignment, you must complete the training related to the Core Competency areas (9 areas).
Depending on your TA assignment, you must also complete the Specialized Competency area content as indicated below.
For positions not listed below, a Student Services Supervisor may have you complete one or more Specialized Competency Areas.
