The District Wellness Program is now known as: Thrive.
The Wellness Committee has another year planned of healthy and rewarding activities for your personal well being.
The coming year will bring the return of the same activities you have seen in the past and hopefully some new activities in the future.
The Heart at Work campaign started on October 1. We are working on a new lineup of prizes for your healthy workouts this year. Your Wellness Representative has the Heart at Work Exercise Logs, so that you can record your minutes.
The Twenty-Seventh 623 Walk / Run will be held on November 9, 2013.
We will continue to sponsor monthly food drives, speakers to improve your life, and individual building activities.
The District Honor and Recognition Dinner will be held on May 7, 2014.

The Wellness Committee is made up of volunteers from each building. We are always thankful for their enthusiasm and guidance in deciding what we will put our efforts into. They are your leaders in wellness in your building, and can always use your input on activities you would like to see the Wellness Committee active in.
We will meet quarterly.
