Please choose your class session carefully. You CANNOT MISS ANY classes on the schedule.

Please call the Activities Office, 651-635-1670, if your student cannot attend the class so we can make room for another student. If a student is sick or misses a class they will need to roll over to another class. You must call the Activities Office to make arrangements to place your student in another class-your student will not be automatically put in another class.

Students may only roll into a different class session ONCE during the school year.

If a student is unable to attend the class he/she has changed into, his or her parent/guardian must call in to request a refund and the student will NOT be put into another class.  The refund will be mailed home minus the administration fee of $35.00.

If a student wants to roll to another class session after the 1st time roll, a $25.00 processing fee is due by the 1st day of the class.

Due to the high gas prices there will be a gas surcharge ($20.00) charged to students during their Behind-the-Wheel Training.  This surcharge is a one time fee and is to be paid in Cash or Check directly to the Instructor who is accountable for the vehicle.  The Instructor will be responsible for providing a receipt of this payment to the Student Driver.

If a lesson is canceled within 24 hours of appointment time there is no penalty fee.

There is a $50.00 per hour No Show Fee for no notice of being unable to cancel the Behind the Wheel Lesson.

Transportation (to and from class sessions) will NOT be provided for students.

Effective January 1, 2015, every driver under the age of 18 who completes behind the wheel instruction and is testing for a provisional driver’s license must submit a driving log. Parents/guardians have two options regarding the supervised driving log: • Complete a supplemental parent class provided by a driver education program approved in Minnesota, and then submit a supervised driving log showing their teen has completed at least 40 hours (2,400 minutes) of supervised driving, 15 (900 minutes) of which are nighttime hours; OR • If the parent/guardian chooses to not complete the supplemental parent class, the driving log must show that their teen has completed at least 50 hours (3,000 minutes) of supervised driving, 15 (900 minutes) of which are nighttime hours. Parents/guardians are encouraged to provide as many additional driving hours with their teen as possible to prepare them to become a safe driver. The driving log must be presented at the time of the road test and submitted with the application for the provisional license.

Please contact Bill Wodarski at 651-621-5649 if you have questions regarding the new law.
