Mary's Meals on Wheels Story

A Meal and So Much More

Mary was an elementary school teacher who spent many years teaching in Roseville Area Schools. “I know I wouldn’t be eating properly and  keeping up my health if  it were not for these great meals,” says Mary. “I look forward to the friendly visits from the volunteers who deliver the meals. It gives me peace of  mind knowing that someone is checking in on me, and  they really care!” Mary dedicated her life educating young  minds, and did not have children of her own. She is blessed that former students remember her and often send friendly greetings during  the holidays. “I am so grateful for Meals on Wheels, and  I tell everyone how tasty the meals are,” exclaims Mary. “Thank you for this wonderful  meal service. You are my angels.”
