Enrollment packets available by request through email at enrollment@isd623.org. If you would like a paper copy you can download an enrollment package below.
Roseville district residents or newly enrolling families may be required to submit:
- Your child’s birth certificate or another form of government-issued proof of age and date of birth
- Immunization records
- Proof of Residence (a driver’s license, utility bill, or lease/purchase agreement with parent/guardian name and the Roseville School District address on it)
Once enrollment requirements are met, Central Enrollment will contact you with a start date and other important information.
