Non-Resident Enrollment (Grades 1-12)

Students in grades K-12 may attend Roseville Areas Schools on a space-available basis, providing they meet the application deadlines.

Note: Roseville Area Schools is closed for 11^th grade for the 2022-2023 school year.

The following conditions also apply:

• Applicants must be full-time students except for those high school students applying to attend the vocational program at Northeast Metropolitan Intermediate School District 916.

• Application forms must be received by January 15. We will process applications using a lottery system to ensure fair and equitable treatment of all applicants. Applications received before January 15 will not give applicants preference in the selection process.

• Applications received after January 15 will be placed on the district wait list until space becomes available in the desired grade level or program.

• The district will notify students by February 15, letting each one know whether their application was approved.

• Parents are responsible for transporting students to the school or to a bus stop in the school's attendance area. Reimbursement for transportation costs is available based on financial need.

•  Students must make a one-year commitment as required by state law.

Please complete the open enrollment application form and return it sometime between November 1 and January 15 in the school year before desired enrollment. Late applications will be accepted and approved based on space available.
