Update to Location of Sept. 28 School Board Meeting and Guidelines for Citizen Comments

Public participation is valued in Roseville Area Schools. We welcome community input and encourage students, families, staff and community members to share information and concerns with us. The location of the 6:30 p.m. September 28 school board meeting has been changed to the Roseville Area Middle School. Please review updated guidelines for individuals seeking to speak during the citizen comment portion of the school board meeting.

CP Picture Day Postponed

  • PickUp Patrol: This is a helpful communication tool for families to share their end of day plans with school. If you have already registered, please update your student's plan from last year. If you haven't registered, please watch your email for an invitation link. For both families who do use PUP and families who do not, the cut-off time for communicating the end of day plan is 2:00pm. This ensures we have time to inform staff and students and helps us get everyone where they need to be in the safest, most efficient way possible.
  • Attendance Line:Email or leave a message at 651.481.9951, ext. 1 anytime 24/7 to let us know when and why your student will be absent.
  • Educational Benefits: If you haven't already, please sign up HERE. Benefits for students and families include: no-cost meals at school, free bus cards, discounted internet service, discounted/no-cost early childhood classes and scholarships for summer camps and childcare centers, discounted field trips, standardized test fee waivers, and sports team scholarships and fee waivers. It also impacts CPs funding and the district’s budget. Thank you for taking a few minutes to complete this!
  • Schools Hours, Arrival & Dismissal Information: School Hours are 8:55am-3:20pm 
    Morning Drop Off - Students should be dropped no earlier than 8:45am.
    *Please use Lane 1 & 2 to drop off.
    *Lane 1 – pull up as close to the gym as possible (yellow star)
    *Lane 2 – pull up to crosswalk (yellow star)
    Afternoon Pick Up: Students can be picked up no later than 3:20pm.
    *Parent pick up – use lane 1 & 2, pull up as far as possible (yellow stars)
    *A staff member will come to your car window to ask who your student is and bring your student to you. 
    *Please stay in your car.

Digital Equity Family Survey

The Minnesota Department of Education’s data reporting system is requesting school districts to collect data on technology and Internet access. Please complete this survey to help us gather information on your families' technology access. This information will help us work with the state to improve technology access for learning for all students.

Yearbook

Yearbook orders should be placed online using this link Jostens.com. The cost is $80.00. The yearbook includes student pictures taken by Lifetouch photographers. Yearbooks will be distributed in the end of May.

School Board Candidate Filings for November 2 Election

The school board of Roseville Area Schools has six members elected at large to serve four-year terms. Three school board members are elected in November of each odd-numbered year. Five candidates have filed with the Minnesota Secretary of State for the upcoming election on November 2, 2021.
