Wally Northrup, a volunteer through our local Kiwanis club, has been a volunteer for 25 years in the public school system. Many of those years have been spent at Little Canada. He has been a very special visitor to our school and we cannot thank him enough for all the years he contributed to our students' learning. Thank you Wally! You are loved! You will be missed!

Thanks to Margaret Grafenstein for making Chess Club a great success!

Thank you Margaret Grafenstein, a Little Canada Para and parent volunteer who decided to start a chess Club in our school.  Margaret organized it, advertised it and wrote grant after grant to buy Chess boards, pieces, timers and books. She's at every club meeting, teaching the children chess. She made sure the children had the chance to compete in tournaments and was onsite supporting them every time. She had a great idea and ran with it. We are so lucky to have Margaret as part of our Little Canada Family.
