Board approves candidates for interviews
At its regular meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 23, the school board approved a slate of two finalist candidates for superintendent. Candidate interviews with focus groups including staff, families and students will be conducted throughout the day on Feb. 24. Interviews with the school board will be conducted at a special meeting of the board on Feb. 24, at 6:30 p.m. The school board is scheduled to potentially select the successful candidate following the interviews. Interviews and the board meeting will open to public viewing.
The search firm selected by the board to conduct the internal search, School Exec Connect, brought forward a slate of two candidates to the board, using a Profile of Attributes for the New Superintendent created with the input of families, students, staff and community members.
