Governor Tim Walz has ordered that all schools to remain closed and distance learning began Monday, March 30. Distance learning will continue through at least May 4. All other activities and events are canceled through May 4. Information about your school's distance learning plan is available at isd623.org/covid19.

IMPORTANT:

  • We are providing child care for elementary-age children of health care professionals, first responders, district educators and other emergency workers to ensure Minnesota’s first line of defense against COVID-19 can stay on the job.
  • School meals are a vital source of nutrition for many students, and we are providing free meals to any child 18 and under during this school closure.

Enrollment Information

New Student Enrollment

Welcome to Roseville Area Schools, a learning community committed to creating pathways to academic success for every student. We aim to provide a learning environment where students feel safe, respected, confident, and capable of excelling.

Due to the outbreak of COVID-19 in our community, methods of enrollment to our schools have been modified.

New student enrollment is done centrally at the District Center. If you live within the district’s boundaries, your first step would be to call us at 651-635-1626 to find out what your best options are for enrolling your child to school.  We are able to email, fax or mail enrollment paperwork to our families.  Office hours are 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Enrollment packets are available by request through email at: enrollment@isd623.org. If you would like a paper copy you can download: English Version or Spanish Version

Roseville district residents or newly enrolling families may be required to submit:

  • Your child’s birth certificate or another form of government-issued proof of age and date of birth
  • Immunization records
  • Proof of Residence - This can be a driver’s license, utility bill, or lease/purchase agreement with parent/guardian name and the Roseville School District address on it

Once enrollment requirements are met, Central Enrollment will contact you with a start date and other important information.

If you live outside our school district and wish to enroll your child in the Roseville Area Schools, please see Open Enrollment.
