Governor Tim Walz has ordered that all schools to remain closed and distance learning began Monday, March 30. Distance learning will continue through at least May 4. All other activities and events are canceled through May 4. Information about your school's distance learning plan is available at isd623.org/covid19.

IMPORTANT:

  • We are providing child care for elementary-age children of health care professionals, first responders, district educators and other emergency workers to ensure Minnesota’s first line of defense against COVID-19 can stay on the job.
  • School meals are a vital source of nutrition for many students, and we are providing free meals to any child 18 and under during this school closure.

About

A Message from the Administration

The time from birth to age 5 is an important time in a child’s life and we are here to support you and your children during these foundational years. This year we are excited to offer dual language and all-day Prek classes. We are also working to increase financial assistance and provide more transportation for PreK classes at area schools. We will continue to provide a variety of topics for ECFE parent/child classes, fun family events, and many more ways to connect with parenting support.

Roseville Area Schools Early Childhood Program provides educational classes and opportunities, parenting support, special events and so much more for parents and young children, ages birth to 5! Learn more about everything our Early Childhood Program has to offer.
