If your child is in need of a technology device to participate in our distance learning option this fall please complete this form (versión en español). You will be contacted by your school when devices are available for pickup. If you have any questions regarding technology during distance learning email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 651-604-1435.
Our 1:1 program provides an iPad for all students in grades 7-12. You do not need to request a technology device if you have a student in grades 7-12.

On March 8 the school board will consider a recommendation that beginning Monday, March 14 masks will no longer be required on school buses or in school buildings. Masks will be required for those who test positive for COVID-19 and choose to return to school on days 6 through 10 following a positive test or onset of symptoms.

The Minnesota Department of Health has issued new guidance on isolation following a positive COVID-19 test. The changes align with new CDC guidelines and are focused on reducing the spread of COVID-19 variants in schools with fewer disruptions to in-person learning.

The school board has approved an emergency proposal to shift all grades to distance learning for two weeks, beginning next week, because of an extremely high number of staff and student absences due to COVID-19.

Many families will have attended gatherings over winter break, potentially becoming exposed to the coronavirus. We strongly recommend that all students and staff, regardless of their vaccination status, are tested for COVID-19 before returning to school on January 3. The Edgerton sixth grade #SamsungSolve team has been named a 2021-2022 state winner for the third year in a row. There innovative solution, an application for mobile devices with resources for people who are considering suicide, is dedicated to the memory of Principal Brian Koland.
