All Roseville Area Schools have shifted to distance learning due to staffing shortages.

Tuesday through Friday this week will be synchronous distance learning for all grades at all schools. Monday, Jan. 24 is a teacher workshop day for kindergarten through grade 8, and distance learning will continue through Friday, Jan. 28. In-person learning will resume on Monday, Jan. 31.

If your child is in need of a technology device to participate in our distance learning option this fall please complete this form (versión en español). You will be contacted by your school when devices are available for pickup.  If you have any questions regarding technology during distance learning email disttech@isd623.org or call 651-604-1435.

Our 1:1 program provides an iPad for all students in grades 7-12. You do not need to request a technology device if you have a student in grades 7-12.

The Minnesota Department of Health has issued new guidance on isolation following a positive COVID-19 test. The changes align with new CDC guidelines and are focused on reducing the spread of COVID-19 variants in schools with fewer disruptions to in-person learning. 

Get Tested for COVID-19 Before Returning from Winter Break

Many families will have attended gatherings over winter break, potentially becoming exposed to the coronavirus. We strongly recommend that all students and staff, regardless of their vaccination status, are tested for COVID-19 before returning to school on January 3. We are closely monitoring reports of worsening weather conditions. Current forecasts for this evening predict record warmth and thunderstorms followed by very strong winds and light snow through Wednesday evening, creating dangerous conditions on roads and sidewalks tonight and tomorrow.
