Greetings Roseville Area Middle School Students, Families, and Caregivers,

Thank you for your patience in receiving information about Roseville Area Middle School.  We are working hard to make sure that we create a meaningful, engaging experience this 2020-2021 school year while recognizing that it is a unique year. As we begin the school year in distance learning model, we continue to plan for all three models of learning. We have been working hard to improve distance learning for all students and to prepare to move into hybrid learning and in-person learning when it is safe to do so.

Update on School Resource Officers at RAHS and RAMS

Posted on August 24, 2020

This summer, more than 200 people participated in our four-part series of Community Conversations on Wellness and Supportive Roseville Area Schools. The series was held in the wake of the murder of George Floyd on May 25, 2020. Floyd's tragic killing spurred conversations about the historical trauma inflicted by society and police on people of color, especially African Americans, and renewed debates about the role of police officers in schools, including in our district.

RAMS Blended Learning Feedback Session

Posted on August 5, 2020

RAMS Families -

I hope this email finds you healthy and continuing to enjoy summer! As you know, Roseville Area Schools has determined that our district will return to school using a “blended learning/hybrid” approach, which combines in-person learning at least two days a week with distance learning the other school days (some students receiving specialized services will go in-person four days a week). The Minnesota Department of Health guidelines for social distancing and limits to the number of students and staff present at one time will be our guide.  In addition, any Roseville Area Schools family will also be able to choose a full-time distance learning option, if that is what is best for your family.  We also know this may all change if the number of COVID 19 infections rise in Ramsey County before the start of the school year.

We still have quite a few yearbooks to be picked up! Please call the school at 651-482-5280 to schedule a time to pick-up ASAP with building secretary Linsey Owen.

We have also had quite a few families express interest in still purchasing a yearbook and as we don't have any extras Josten's has agreed to do a second print!
