Counseling

Roseville Area High School's Counseling Department supports students' academic, career, and personal/social needs through individual planning, responsive services, and classroom guidance. School counselors help students to be successful in school and beyond. Students will receive services in a supportive, safe, and caring environment regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, socioeconomic status, beliefs, or ability.

School counselors can assist students in many areas, including:

  • Goal setting
  • Academic plans
  • Organizations and study skills
  • Career exploration
  • Post-secondary education planning
  • Crisis response and intervention
  • Coping skills
  • Peer relationships
  • Problem solving

  • Referrals to further mental support

School counselors are assigned by either a student's last name or participation in AVID/NE Metro/PSEO programs. To reach your student's counselor, select Counselors from the menu on the left or contact our support staff listed below.
