RAHS Gifted & Talented Program

GATE Offers Mix of Options

Gifted and Talented Education (GATE)  program students at Roseville Area High School (RAHS) have a mix of options to continue at an accelerated and enriched pace.  They may take Pre-Advanced and Advanced Placement courses, Honors courses, and college classes offered at the high school or at neighboring colleges. RAHS has over 60 activities in which GATE students may pursue their interests and talents.

The program's lead teacher at the high school, Addison Engelking, represents RAHS on the GATE Advisory Council, along with a  parent representative from the school. Debra Hagen is the AP Test Coordinator while Trina Hira coordinates the district's GATE program.

All of these individuals are interested in obtaining your perspective regarding gifted education issues and encourage you to contact them.
