Welcome to the Roseville Area Schools' Financial Dashboard. Developed in response to community feedback, this tool provides clear, transparent information about how district resources are used. The dashboard will continue to grow over time, with updates on voter-approved funds and other key financial details to help keep our community informed.

General Obligation Debt

As of December 31, 2025, Roseville Area Schools has $187,045,000 in General Obligation (GO) debt. These are funds borrowed for major projects like building and renovating schools, repaid through voter-approved property taxes. This amount reflects funding approved through the district's bond referendum, operating levy, and capital projects levy.

Roseville Area Schools' Fund Balance (2015-2025)

A fund balance is the district's financial reserve. Maintaining and growing this reserve is a key indicator of a financially healthy school district because it helps ensure stability, supports strong credit ratings, and allows the district to respond to unexpected costs or economic downturns without disrupting student services. As of January 2026, the statewide average fund balance is 22%.
