Annual Benefits & Insurance Open Enrollment
➡️ May 1 – 23, 2025 ⬅️
Open Enrollment is the time to make changes to your insurance elections and enroll in a Flexible Spending Account for plan year July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026.
Medical coverage under our HealthPartners plans will remain the same, but costs will increase. Please refer to the section below called “How much will I have to pay?” for the new rates starting on July 1, and what your payroll deduction will be in the fall.
Delta Dental coverage and costs will remain the same, and rates for any voluntary life insurance policies will also remain the same.
What do I have to do?
Your current insurance coverage will continue unless you request a change. If you want a Flexible Spending Account, you MUST enroll and make a new election. Log in to the Medsurety HERE to begin. Step-by-step instructions are HERE to guide you.

Important Health Coverage Tax Documents
A new law was recently passed that made some changes to ACA reporting. Employers are no longer required to send 1095C tax forms to employees about offers of health insurance coverage and their enrollment in health insurance, or to former employees who had VEBA account balances in the reporting year. The 1095C forms will now only be provided upon request.
To request a copy of your 1095C form, please contact Julie Cyptar at the District Center via email or 651-635-1639.
