Roseville Area Schools is excited to partner with the University of St. Thomas's (UST)Work and Learn Graduate Pathway to launch Roseville Area Schools Innovative of Scholars (RISE) Movement Grow Your Own program!

This program seeks to recruit, prepare, and retain exceptional Roseville Area Schools educators who share similar life experiences that reflect our diverse student population in Roseville Area Schools.

Program Highlights & Eligibility Criteria

This incredible opportunity includes:

  • Low out-of-pocket expenses—making your career advancement more affordable than ever.
  • Up to $18,900 in tuition support to help you achieve your goals.
  • 2½-year program in partnership with the University of St. Thomas (UST), allowing you to earn while you learn.
  • Complete your master’s degree while gaining hands-on experience in the field.
  • Earn your Academic Behavioral Strategist (ABS) teaching license in special education and become a champion for students with diverse learning needs. 

We are looking for passionate individuals who:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree.
  • Work for Roseville Area Schools or community member. 
A Community Member:
  • Lives within boundaries of Roseville Area School district.
  • Parent of a Roseville Area School student or graduate
  • A graduate of Roseville Area Schools.
  • Anyone associated with the district through volunteering.

  • Commitment to teaching our Special Education for 3 years after program completion.
